Worship Ministry
Worship is our response to who God is.
God made every person to worship. As believers, we turn our worship to Christ alone. Jesus said the Father is seeking people who worship Him in spirit and truth. So we sing what God’s Word says, and we depend on His Spirit to meet us as we sing. We plan every Sunday with care, and we stay ready to set the plan aside when the Spirit leads.
“But the hour is coming, and is now here, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father is seeking such people to worship him. God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.”
John 4:23-24 (ESV)
Who We Look For
We look for character before skill. Our team members follow Jesus, stay teachable, and are part of the life of our church. Then we look at gifting.
Vocals and band. Lead the church in song on Sunday mornings. Rehearsal is Thursday evenings.
Tech and production. Run sound, lights, slides, and livestream. You help the room stay focused on Jesus and help people watching online join in.
