New Heights Bentonville is now

On October 4, 2026, New Heights Bentonville became New Heights Community Church. We have the same people, the same pastors, and the same Sunday. Only the name is new.

Becoming Who We Already Are

Every Sunday, a young woman drives in from West Fork. Families drive in from Rogers, Bella Vista, Centerton, and Springdale. They call this their church.

More than half of our church lives outside Bentonville. Our old name was telling a smaller story than God is writing. So we changed it.

The Bilblical Picture

Before Jesus went back to the Father, he told his disciples this:

“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” Acts 1:8 (ESV)

The gospel started in one city. Then it went to the region around it. Then it went to the world. We started in Bentonville in 2013. God has grown us across Northwest Arkansas, and we wanted our name to say so.

We Love Bentonville

We are not leaving Bentonville. About 45% of our church lives there, and we are still committed to that city. We also want to reach the towns around it.

FAQs

We chose the word for three reasons.

1. We gather to meet with God. We worship together, pray together, and expect Jesus to be with us.

2. We want you to be known. You should have people who know your name, pray for you, and show up when life gets hard.

3. We are here for our neighbors. People all over Northwest Arkansas need to hear about Jesus.

New Heights Church in Fayetteville planted us in 2013. They sent us out and prayed for us. We kept “New Heights” because we owe them a lot. We added “Community Church” because it describes who we are now.

We told our church in October 2024 that a new name was coming. Our elders and staff prayed about it for two years. We wanted the new name in place before we move, so people know who we are when we open the new building.

New Heights Community Church, or NHCC. Most people just say New Heights.
